Cooking Method:

  • First Clean the boneless chicken then cut them into square pieces.

  • After the next day of marination. Ready your microwave with convection or griller by preheating the oven at 180℃ for 10minutes.

  • Now remove the marinated chicken kebabs from the fridge, and set it into the grill rack, and put it into the preheated microwave for 20minutes at 180℃.

  • One main important work here to do that I will tell you now.

  • Pause the timer, remove the kebabs from the microwave oven before ready(2 minutes ago), now brush the kebabs with melted butter and put shredded Amul cheese over the kebabs and put it back again into the microwave until fully ready.

  • Your cheesy Murg malai kebab is ready to serve.

  • Serve the creamy Murg malai kebab onside with onion laccha & lemon wedges and sprinkle shredded Amul cheese, melted butter, and chaat masala over the kebabs.
