Bruschetta with Sausages(alla salsiccia)

The bruschetta From Italian bruscare meaning "roast over charcoals". Bruschetta


 Serving portions: 10 persons

 Time:  40 minute

Ingredients:

Sausages/salami- 300 gm (crumble by hand)

Carrot - 20 gm(finely chopped)

Celery- 15 gm(finely chopped)

Onion- 50 gm (finely chopped)

Cherry tomato - 100 gm (finely chopped)

Extra virgin olive oil - 60 ml

Fennel seeds- 10gm

Dry white wine - 90 ml

Thyme - 15gm

Bruschetta bread - 200 gm

Salt - 10 gm

Pepper - 05gm

Method of cooking:



★ Heat oil adds all chopped carrot, celery, and onion over medium heat sauté until translucent the veg.


★ Then add crumble sausage/salami meat, add fennel seeds, chop tomatoes, thyme, and wine then add salt & pepper to taste.


★ Cover and cook for 20 minutes and stirring from time to time.


★ Uncover and let the moisture evaporate completely.


★ Toast the bread with brushed with olive oil and put into the oven for a while until crisp then spread with cooked sausage ragù mixture on the top of that toasted bread serve immediately.
