Important notes for hotel management students  Students please please read this attentively 

1. Students take up HM courses to get a job at the earliest along with a PG/UG Degree- or Diploma. But the question is not the job,but what kinds of a job,- the position, the salary etc.

2. For this most recruiters take a GD & PI in which, in a few minutes time you need to convince your interviewers that you are the best.

3. Here lies the problems a most students are weak in English communication they either do not understand the question or take time to think how to begin & what to say. During this time they stare at the wall or ceiling wasting the time of interviewers and irritating them. Remember, even your  interviewers are under pressure to take 30-60 interviews a day and select the best, believe me, it drains out one's brain.

4. Some students know the answer but do not hit the nail on the head. They include unnecessary points in their answers which again leaves a negative impression on the interviewers.

5. As a result such students are rejected or get low level jobs which make them depressed. REMEMBER ONLY HARD WORKER AND PREPARATION CAN GET YOU GOOD JOBS AND THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO THIS.
