Nachos with Salsa and spicy hot Jalapeño Cheese sauce recipe

In the 1940s the triangle-shaped tortilla chips are enjoyed with different types of salsa, guacamole, and queso dip. Nacho chips invented by Ignacio "NACHO" Anaya. Nachos are a Mexican regional dish from Northern Mexico in the city of Piedras Negras. Nacho mainly made of corn. This appetizer is the best-known appetizer in Mexico as well as some other countries. I personally love this appetizer with cheese sauce and salsa, I will share the best recipe of salsa & jalapeño cheese sauce which you definitely love it. Four types of side dish must go along with Nachos, Any kind of salsa, Jalapeno cheese sauce, sour cream & Guacamole. And this all side dish recipe I will share with you all.

Nachos with Salsa



Preparation time -  30 minutes


Serving persons -  5 persons


Ingredients:

Any Brand of Corn Nacho chips - 6 packet

Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup

(For Jalapeño cheese sauce)

Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

Amul cheese  - 2 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Cream - 1/2 cup

Canned Jalapeño - 1/2 cup

Red chilli powder - 1tsp

Black pepper powder - 1tsp

Paprika powder - 1tsp

(For Mango salsa)

Ripe Mangoes - 4 piece

Roasted Jeera/ cumin powder - 1tsp

Chopped Parsley - 2tbsp

Fresh chopped cilantro - 4tbsp

Chopped onion - 1tsp 

Salt - 1.1/2tsp 

Lemon juice - 5tbps

Any Mango drink(Tropicana/Maza/fruity) - 3tbsp

Black pepper powder - 1tsp

Jalapeno/Green chilli chopped - 1tbsp

Olive oil - 3tbsp

(For sour cream)

Hung curd - 2 cup

Thick Fresh cream - 1/2 cup

Salt - 1tsp

Lemon juice - 3tbsp

Chives - chopped 1tbsp garnish

Olive oil - 1tbsp

(For Guacamole)

Ripe Avacado - 3 piece

Chopped onions - 1/2 cup

Chopped fresh Cilantro - 1/2 cup

Chopped fresh parsley - 1/2 cup

Roasted cumin powder - 1tsp

Salt - 1tbsp

Chopped Jalapeno/green chilli - 1tsp

Lemon juice - 4tbsp

Deseed chopped Red tomato - 1/2 cup

Olive oil - 3tbsp




Preparation Method :

  • Guacamole - First peel the avocado skin or cut into half then scoop out the avocado by spoon keep in a ceramic bowl then mash by spoon. Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, diced de-seed tomato, chopped parsley & fresh chopped cilantro, lemon juice, green chilli or jalapeno. Now mix them by spoon and spread olive oil over guacamole and cover by the lid and keep in the fridge before serving.

  • sour cream - Sour cream is very creamy delicious dip goes with all kind of Mexican dish, it is very easy to make. First, take your curd and hung with a cotton fabric for strain out the water which is present on the curd, after 5 or 6 hours later water will remove from the curd and you will get hung curd. for making sour cream, take a bowl put hung curd, thick fresh cream, salt, lemon juice and olive oil mix them with a whisk for 5 to 6 minutes after you get sour cream as well keep in a bowl garnish with chopped chives on top. Keep in the fridge for later use. 

  • Mango salsa - Ummmmm Sounds Yummy !!! Yes, it is soo delicious tangy& sweet best fruity salsa. It is really tasty and easy to make dip as well. You have to take ripe sweet mango to take out the skin and make small dice of mangoes then put them in a ceramic bowl then add Roasted Jeera/ cumin powder, chopped Jalapeno/Green chilli, Black pepper powder, Any Mango drink(Tropicana/Maza/fruity), Lemon juice, Salt, Chopped onions - 1tsp, Fresh chopped cilantro, fresh Chopped Parsley, mix for 1 to 2 minutes then set in a bowl and cover it by spreading olive oil on top of the salsa. Keep it in the fridge before serving.


  • Jalapeño cheese sauce - This cheese sauce is one of the best cheese sauce goes with nachos, and the taste is never forgettable. and very easy to make. First, you have to take a saucepan then add milk into letting it hot for a few minutes then add shredded Amul cheese and cheddar cheese in the hot milk and keep whisking to stop forming the lumps in the cheese sauce now add chopped canned jalapeno to the cheese sauce keep stirring with a whisk. Now add Paprika powder, Black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, whisk the sauce until well mixed the spice into the sauce then move from the flame to add cream in it mix it well serve hot.
  • Mango salsa, Guacamole, sour cream


Well, all the side dishes or dips are ready for nachos now ready your nacho chips for serving, first, take platter set nachos on it then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the nachos and put it in the microwave for about 1 minute for melting the cheese over the nachos. then serve with all the side dip.
