Arugula(Microgreens)

Radish(Microgreens)

Red Amaranth(Microgreens)
Micro Red Amaranth has an earthy mild flavour that is usually suited for savory dishes, but can complement some sweet flavour as well. It is intended for raw preparations, specifically as a garnish, to add a punch of red colour.
The delicate leaves will wilt if exposed to prolonged heat, and they do not stand up to heavy dressings and sauces.
Micro Red Amaranth is best left undressed and added only at the very final stage of finishing a dish.
Micro red beet has bright red stems topped with two elongated ovate leaves. Their upper surface is a dusty green tinged in red while the underside is a light burgundy with deep magenta veining. Red garnet Amaranth(Microgreens)
The same family as the regular amaranth we are familiar with, but with a glowing pinkish red stalk with a bright hue to the leaves too. Attractive at the same time delicate because of the size which works well for very intricate plating and garnish.
Red Garnet Mustard(Microgreens)
Very similar to the mustard we all are exposed to as we come across microgreens, but has a good rust colour with a green highlight.
This red garnet mustard work really well for visual presentations with the double colour tones on the heart-shaped leaves.
Spinach(Microgreens)
Tasting like fresh baby spinach leaves it definately adds visual appeal with its bright green leaves.
It is right choice as soup garnish as well.
Swiss Chard(Microgreens)
Looks exactly like a spinach until we see the stems. These are young Chards which have a mix of coloured stems which add the pallete along with the bright green leaves.
